We select the best hotels that have access to championship golf courses; often with caddies, but always with cocktails, fun and friendly competition. Our venues and destination partners allow us to negotiate competitive rates and we pass the savings on to you.
We also offer GROUP GOLFING PACKAGES for self-lead groups.
YOU GATHER THE GROUP – WE’LL ORGANISE THE TRIP!
BALI
The Greg Norman designed course in Bali is one of our favourite golf venues in Asia and we have been there many times over the years. The spectacular course boasts five ocean-side holes, three cliff-to-cliff tee shots and eight holes sculpted into the terraced rice fields. We play with the assistance of our own female caddies, enjoy luxury accommodation, fabulous food and evenings watching the sun set into the ocean while enjoying a drink or two!
THAILAND
The Gulf of Thailand is a golfers paradise with a choice of so many courses. In Hau Hin we played three of the best and afterwards took over one of the pools at our 5 star resort, cocktails in hand. The nearby night markets were a big hit with everyone as was the fresh seafood and laid back attitude of the locals.
MAURITIUS
We have also visited Mauritius spending a week playing golf and another week just playing! This is a wonderful safe and exotic destination with great food, good wine at reasonable prices and fabulous beaches. We recommend this island as a perfect resort holiday destination.
VIETNAM
We played the two best courses in Ho Chi Minh City, the best mountain course in Asia at Dalat and the Nick Faldo Ocean Dunes, a seaside links-style course. Presentation dinner was a real show stopper with poolside dinner and dancing to our own band in the cool of the evening.
NEW ZEALAND
The beauty of New Zealand is complemented by excellent golf venues. We have played at Clearwater, Terrance Downs, Jack’s Point, Queenstown GC, Arrowtown and Millbrook Resort’s 27 holes. Outstanding lake and mountain panoramas, with photo opportunities at every corner, make it a constant challenge for players to keep their eye on the ball. Fine wine and food are always close at hand after the golfing day with a great choice of restaurants.
WESTERN AUSTRALIA
The West is becoming increasingly attractive for golfers. We flew to Perth, stayed at Fremantle, played Secret Harbour, a true links course, then the Vines Golf Resort and finally the 5 star Joondalup Golf Resort. A fabulous week with great golf, lots of laughs and new friendships. We will definitely be returning to explore more of their top courses.
HAWAII
On the Big Island we played the Kings and Beach courses at Waikoloa – majestic fairways interspersed throughout ancient lava fields which have been likened to playing golf on the moon! Hapuna is a dramatic course rising from the shoreline to about 700 feet above sea level. Manua Kea golf course was built in 1964 for Rockefeller and has since set the standard for course beauty and design. Our favorite cocktail while in Hawaii is a Mai Tai: two flavors of rum combined with pineapple and orange juice. Best enjoyed after golf at a luxury resort, cheers!
