Worldwide Adventures

We are about to embark on our 3rd Girls Own tour. This time India – so curries, saris and henna tattoos to look forward too.
Our 1st trip with Girls Own Adventures was to Cuba and Mexico. There was dancing, tequila sunrises, rum and coka cola, Mayan ruins, silver jewellery, art, stories of revolutions and even French relics in Cuba!
Our 2nd trip to Jordan & Turkey brought more ruins but also a diverse middle eastern cuisine, fruits, spectacular coastal scenery, spitting camels and hot air ballooning. We really loved our cooking class learning to cook Jordanian specialties.
We are looking forward to travelling in India with friends we have made through Girls Own and to meeting new ones.
Seriously we are delighted to support Girls Own Adventures. Our accommodation has always been excellent and the food included delicious. Our guides have been very knowledgeable and approachable.
Finally the ‘girls on tour’ have always been a fun bunch.

I have been on several holidays with Girls Own Adventures and highly recommend their tours. They are reliable and extremely well organised with minimal fuss and at a cost that is unbeatable when compared to other tour operators for similar trips. I particularly like the 5 star accommodation, great choice in suggested restaurants and the little extras that Girls Own provide. The detailed and very informative itinerary I receive prior to my trip is a great way to set the mood and really gets me looking forward to my holiday.

I wouldn’t look anywhere else, you can’t beat the value for such high quality. With two trips planned this year to Hawaii and Bali…I can’t wait!

I was never a big fan of group travel until my first trip to Cuba and Mexico with Girls’ Own Adventures. I am now disappointed if I cannot join one of this group’s trips and events.  The trips are always interesting and well planned.  There is plenty of time to enjoy your own time and no cheesy side trips or tourist traps. The groups have always been diverse but loads of fun. There is so much involved in organising these trips but you would never know from the smooth execution of the trips I have been on.  Going on a Girl’s Own Adventure trip or event will change your mind about group travel!!!
